Job Description:

We are actively seeking a dedicated and professional Office Assistant to be an integral part of our operations. The right candidate will be a detail-oriented multitasker, excelling in both organizational tasks and interpersonal interactions. This role involves key administrative responsibilities, including filing paperwork, data entry, and serving as the first point of contact for our esteemed customers.

Position Details:

This is a flexible full-time position, offering 30-40 hours per week. The standard working hours are from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

ADMINISTRTIVE DUITES: Efficiently file and manage paperwork, ensuring secure storage and easy accessibility. Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Assist in the generation of reports and other necessary documentation.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: Warmly greet and assist customers, both in person and over the phone. Direct customers to relevant departments or staff members. Address basic inquiries and relay more complex questions to the appropriate team member.

GENERAL OFFICE TASKS: Monitor office supplies, replenishing as necessary. Aid in scheduling meetings, appointments, and company events. Collaborate with fellow team members to foster a harmonious and efficient working environment. Additional tasks as directed, based on the evolving needs of Bo Lacey Construction.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or its equivalent.
  • A foundational grasp of standard office procedures and equipment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
  • Stellar interpersonal and communication capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in an administrative or office assistant capacity.
  • Familiarity with the home improvement sector.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • While primarily a desk-based role, occasional lifting of office supplies weighing up to 20 pounds may be required.
  • As a representative face of Bo Lacey Construction, maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance is vital.

Project Manager

Job Description:

  • Plans all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
  • Prepares budget and cost estimates, along with work timetables.
  • Reviews orders along with necessary supplies, tools, and equipment.
  • Collects second and final payment from homeowners.
  • Ensures clear communication and expectations between the homeowner and the crew that are aligned with agreed-upon plans.
  • Manages a crew/subcontractor and oversees their work.
  • Communicates with clients and delivers project progress reports.
  • Responsible for any delays, emergencies and problems that can arise.
  • Obtains and complies with all necessary regulations and permits (building codes, safety, etc)
  • Explains contract and technical terms to others in a clear manner.
  • Maintain job site cleanliness, for the reputation of the company and satisfaction of the customer.

Sales Representative

  • $60,000-$100,000+ per year

  • Generate leads by interacting with potential customers and capturing their contact information.
  • Hand out promotional materials and swag items to event participants.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive brand experience for all visitors.
  • Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor while representing the company.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with people.
  • A friendly and positive attitude, with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Basic knowledge of home improvement concepts or a willingness to learn on the job.
  • Availability to work on weekends and during event hours.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Pay:

  • The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of $12.
